Manufactured Home Owners Association (Vic) Inc was formed with the objective to promote, advance, maintain and safeguard the combined and individual interests of manufactured home owners throughout Victoria. In comparison to similar jurisdictions across Australia, we concluded that Victoria was considerably behind in protections for Land-Lease residents.

This initiated the necessity to form a separate working group specifically for residents of manufactured home villages. Originally this comprised the MHVRR (Manufactured Home Village Residents Representatives) which later evolved into Manufactured Home Owners Association (Vic) Inc.  MHOA Victoria is an incorporated, not-for-profit organisation, administered by a Management Committee consisting of seven members who live in Land-Lease villages. We also work together with liaison persons in villages where we have active members.
