MHOA Vic membership is available not just for manufactured home owners living in residential parks and villages throughout Victoria. Supporter membership is open to family and friends who have loved ones living in manufactured home parks and villages, who support our cause.

Owners of a manufactured home are in a unique situation where you own your home, but you are renting someone else’s land. The landowner has a huge influence over your living conditions and our aim is to help manufactured home owners protect their investment and lifestyle.

MHOA Vic is a non-profit, volunteer staffed organisation with members throughout Victoria. MHOA Vic and its members have a voice, and we are working to make our collective voice heard by Government MP’s.

Membership fees and donations are the only source of funding that MHOA Vic receives. By becoming a member/supporter of MHOA Vic your support will assist us in continuing our work with Government for changes to the Residential Tenancies Act for more equitable rights for manufactured home owners.
